At the moment I'm in the process of moving some of the company related things that have been setup, to be part of the limited company status. It seems it would have been better getting the company incorporated first and then setting up the bank account and such. The way it has been done, it means more trouble moving everything over to being limited.
Everything is nearly sorted though, that is the main thing.
