I just reliased, apart from the fact that I should be in bed that there is no milk left. Now, we used to have the milk man deliver it. Which in my opinion is handy, but now we don't. Why did we stop?
* We usually had too much.
Anyway, on Thursday, I did something that I wouldn't normally do. I actually went and got some milk. 6 pints in fact. But now, it has already all gone and I wanted some Weetabix or some other nice breakfast cereal.
Anyway, let me cut this to the point - which is - wait for it...
I could have gone to get more milk right now, if the stores that say they are 24 hours, were actually open. So, when is a 24 hour store (eg: Asda) not one? The answer is: On a Sunday. The good news is, shops will start opening at 6am, so I could in fact go and get some then - maybe I'll just get some sleep.
I never knew waiting for a shop to open could be so much fun.
hey mate, just to let you know if your ever desperate again you could coem to scotland as 24 hour asda means 24/7 there as we dont have sunday trading laws like england - so i can get my milk at 11pm on a sat if i want, as my locals ASDA is 24/7 cept for xmas and boxing day and new years day!!
